Fees and Payments

Fee payment is required on the day of service. Private health fund and/or Medicare claims and EFTPOS payments can be made electronically in our clinic. Services provided in community settings need to be paid in full electronically and rebate claims made separately. We do not accept cash payments.

Yes – We are a certified NDIS provider of Early Childhood and Therapeutic Supports. You can feel confident that our services are in line with the National Quality and Safeguards Commission’s practice guidelines.

If your cover includes Occupational Therapy and / or Physiotherapy services then you can likely make a claim. Please contact your Health Fund for confirmation in advance of your first appointment.

Yes – We provide services in home, educational and community settings, as well as in the clinic. This will be negotiated with you depending on your child’s needs and goals.

For clinic-based appointments payment is required at the end of your session. Private Health and Medicare claims can be processed immediately and payments made by EFTPOS. For all other appointments, invoices are sent via email and must be paid within seven days. We do not accept cash payments.

We can see children referred with a Chronic Disease Care Plan or a Mental Health Care Plan. Speak to your GP to discuss accessing this support.
